 India - 2020 




Kalam planted his ambitions and dreams of India as a prosperous country in 15 states. He stressed that 10 important aspects are necessary for India to become a prosperous country by 2020. For that he took various measures.

 We should make India a country where poverty is eradicated, poverty is eradicated, crimes against women and children are not committed and no one in the society feels that we are isolated.


  To make India a country of accountable transparent governance without corruption.


 We should make India a pleasant, prosperous, safe, peaceful, healthy, prosperous country that can walk briskly on the path of development.


 Make India the best country in the world to live in and have leaders who can lead us towards a prosperous India. This is Kalam's dream. India will become a superpower in 2020

* Kalam is very, very simple. Anyone can meet him easily, anytime.


* Kalam has met 60,000 students and inculcated interest in science so that students should learn science and contribute to the progress of the country.


* Scientist, President, writer, teacher etc. Kalam's work, he loved the work of teacher.


* Kalam's favorite color is blue. He was born and brought up in Rameswaram. The work was done on the coast of Kerala Thumba. Sandipur Beach in Orissa. It was the blue color of the sky that caught his eye and mind in the racial age. He always wears blue clothes.

* Dr. Kalam is passionate about Tamil language. Book lover. Not only in college, but whenever he comes to Rameswaram, he goes to the library there and reads books. He would praise the Rameswaram library as the boat that kept him afloat in the ocean of knowledge.

* Kalam's brother-in-law and friend Ahmed Jalaluddin affectionately called Kalam "Ajad". Azad means "liberation".


* Newspapers and daily papers come on the train from Pampan to Rameswaram. Kalam would take them and distribute them all over Rameswaram in his youth.


* Ekakrakki to Puliyangottai during the war. Kalam collects these and sells them at a grocery store on Masjid Street and earns one anna daily.
